Based near Sioux Falls, South Dakota, we’re a tight-knit crew committed to superior quality, customer service, and ongoing product innovation for pet groomers, salons, and veterinarians alike. Vice President
Justyn Ferris
Since joining the company in 2022, Justyn has played a pivotal role in driving our success. With an engineering background, Justyn brought a strategic and innovative approach to restructuring the company. His leadership efforts have led to the implementation of a new product line and significant company growth.
Outside of work, Justyn enjoys hitting the golf course and making the most of summer—often boating and soaking up the sunshine. He also loves spending quality time with his wife, Jen, and their two dogs, Jack and Billie.

Chief Financial Officer
Alba Haase
Since joining us in 2017, Alba has been an integral part of our team, bringing a unique combination of a legal degree and a background in construction to her role. With over a decade of experience in finance, she began her financial career as a Financial Controller for Aramark Campus Dining at South Dakota State University in 2012. Her expertise and dedication have earned her the title of “Groomer’s Best ambassador” within our company.
Outside the office, Alba enjoys quality time with her husband Hans, daughter Emma, and their two adorable dogs, Sophie and Luna. When she’s not with her family, you can often find her indulging in her passion for performance cars and high-end fashion.
Her leadership and enthusiasm continue to drive our financial success and solidify her as a key member of our team.
Shop Foreman
Nick Hash
Nick has been an integral part of our company since 2017. He began his career with us as a tub welder and has since mastered every skill necessary to create the products we proudly offer today. His innovative contributions to Research and Development, as well as his dynamic leadership on the production floor, have played a major role in driving our continued success.
Outside of work, Nick is a dedicated family man and a true video game enthusiast. He enjoys quality time with his wife, Alex, their two children, Nora and Oliver, and their newest family addition—a corgi by the name of Sir Reginald Arthur Hash, Reggie for short.
We’re proud to have Nick as part of our team and are constantly inspired by his hard work and commitment!
Business Development Associate
Sidney Prisbe
Sidney brings a wealth of experience to the Groomer’s Best team having previously worked as a veterinary assistant for 7+ years. She’s an animal lover through and through – especially when it comes to her dog, Milo. Beyond her experience in professional pet care, Sidney is a fitness instructor and all-around health guru.

Executive Assistant and Office Administrator
Elma Delibasic
Elma wears multiple hats at Groomer’s Best as the executive assistant and office administrator. She helps keep the whole team organized and ensures the entire office runs as smoothly as possible. Outside of work, Elma enjoys baking tasty new recipes and traveling whenever she can.
Elma’s attention to detail and hardworking attitude make her an invaluable member of the Groomer’s Best office.
Brandyn Klosterbuer
Brandyn is an invaluable member of the Groomer’s Best inside sales team. He knows our products and he knows our customers, bringing the two together with his unique brand of salesmanship. Outside of work Brandyn enjoys cruising on his motorcycle, going on camping adventures, or simply unwinding at home in the hot tub.
Brandyn’s experience, expertise, and enthusiasm for sales combine to make him an indispensable team member here at Groomer’s Best.
